Culver City Emergency Relief Food Drive

Culver City Emergency Relief Food Drive is looking for help. This program is a collaborative effort of Culver City neighborhood associations, businesses, Culver City CERT, Culver City Fire Department and faith based organizations. The drive has been organized by our good neighbor, Ira Diamond. Christine Parra, Culver City Emergency Coordinator at the Fire Department, is helping to coordinate.

The Food Drive is focused on providing non-perishable food items to seniors and those with underlying medical conditions who are in need. The Culver City CERT will make pickups from the drop off locations listed on the flyer and deliver the food to those in need.

There are many people in Culver City who can benefit from this program. Please share this post with your neighbors, encouraging those in need to call the Culver City CERT, and encouraging those with the extra food to donate generously.

Asking for pasta, dried beans, rolled oats, flour, cornmeal, and canned goods. No glass, please.

Drop items off at any of these locations; Culver City Presbyterian Church, Petco, Larsen Automotive, or Sorrento’s Market.

As always, please follow social distancing guidelines.

Stay safe and thanks for everything you do for our neighborhood, and our city.
