Golden State Water Moratorium on Service Disconnections

Golden State Water Company has proactively implemented an action plan to protect the health of its customers and employees, and provide accommodations for customers impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency.

Golden State is implementing a temporary moratorium on residential service disconnections for non-payment due to financial hardships until the COVID-19 situation is stabilized.

Golden State encourage customers experiencing financial hardship to contact its Customer Service Center at (800) 999-4033 to discuss payment extension and payment plan options that may be available to keep their accounts in good standing.
