Sierra Club Airport-Marina Group invites you to the Tuesday, September 17th, 2019 6:00 pm
meeting at the Burton Chace Park Community Room 13650 Mindanao Way, Marina del Rey for “Ballona 2020 – Saving Ballona. Again.”
The topic for discussion will be “Climate Change in Our Own Backyard”
There will be a short presentation on how Climate Action, Groundwater, Reforesting, and Renewable Energy intersect with saving Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve for future generations, and then the group will be creating posters and banners for the September 20th Youth Climate Strike.
Plan on joining one of the September 20th Youth Climate Strikes with your poster:
