Pleskow Architecture on Display with New Townhomes on Grand View

Completion of a new townhome development opens more high-end housing at 4025 Grand View Avenue, on the west side of Culver City.  The project has 36 units over an underground parking structure. There are two rows of 18 townhomes arranged perpendicular to Grand View. Each of rental units features three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The site of the 100,000-square-foot development features six independent building blocks, with units lined to either side of a central court.

Built by Lido Equities and designed by Pleskow Architects, the project broke ground in October of 2017. Pleskow Architects is headed by Tony Pleskow, who serves on the board of the Westside Urban Forum, a group that focuses on development issues effecting the westside. He was also a planning commissioner in the City of Culver City.
