This Tuesday, July 2, while members of Congress are home for the Fourth of July holiday, people will gather at 12 p.m. noon local time at their local offices and other relevant locations in protest.
Our demands: 1. Close the camps 2. Not one dollar for family detention 3. Bear witness and reunite families
Representative Karen Bass has been a leading voice speaking out against the human rights abuses the Trump administration is purposefully inflicting on children and families. We want to thank her for her leadership and invite her to visit one of the camps that are holding children and other immigrants and demand they close now!
