General Update – Community Meetings Begin Sept. 5

Next Wednesday, September 5 at 6:30 PM is the first of five meetings to discuss long-range planning and current city issues with #CulverCity in preparation of the General Plan Update!  Before the Fall 2018/Winter 2019 project launch, the City of Culver City is hosting a series of conversations about long-range planning and current city issues. Everyone in Culver City is invited to join in the discussion!

In the first in a series of five events, James Rojas of PLACE IT! will lead an interactive exercise to give a fresh perspective on what’s possible for Culver City. Bring the whole family to this playful event. On-site child care can be arranged in advance for children too young to participate.

With frequent service and direct connection to the Expo line, a Culver CityBus can make it easy to attend! Plan your trip online or by calling 310-253-6500. Turning Point School is located a short walk from Culver City Bus lines 1, 5, and 7, Big Blue Bus line 17, and LA Metro Bus Lines 17, 33, and 733. The Metro Expo Line Culver City Station is a five-minute walk away. Those with limited mobility, and others wishing to arrive by car, can access a limited number of onsite parking spaces by following signs on National Boulevard or Wesley Street.
