Meet Brian Monday April 3, and Tuesday April 4 from 5:30–6:30 pm in the courtyard at the Y. Discover how you will learn not only the most up-to-date health practices—from healthy eating and exercise to stress management and mindfulness meditation—but also how to integrate these practices into your busy life.
The program will run for 12 weeks starting Thursday, April 18. People will meet in group sessions 8 times and in one-on-one sessions with Brian once a week for 12 weeks.
