On four Monday evenings this spring, come together with other teens and professional artists to learn the basics of theatre. You don’t need any experience to participate! This FREE WORKSHOP SERIES is for everyone: people curious about theatre and those who are already in love with the art form. Attend just one workshop or come to all four!
Intro to Acting
Whether or not you have any experience, you’ll have a blast in this workshop focused on the basics of acting onstage.
Intro to Musical Theatre
Do you like to sing and dance? Try your hand at musical theatre in this fun, low-key workshop designed for beginners.
Telling Your Story Onstage
Whether you’re a writer, actor or new to both, this workshop will help you begin to write your personal story and imagine how you could transform it into a play, poem, screenplay or other piece of art!
Behind the Scenes: Special Effects Theatrical Make-Up
Get old. Get bloody. This hands-on workshop will teach you some of the most fun theatrical make-up effects, from age make-up to blood effects!
