All done with those resolutions? Looking for another way to go ? Introducing a new 12-week weight loss program at the YMCA designed and conducted by Brian Wylie of USC. Brian will be here at the Y to give details on Tuesday, February 16, 5–7pm. Come meet Brian and learn how his program differs from other weight loss programs and how his methods produce results.
Brian uses an occupational therapy approach to shedding pounds, utilizing methods to achieve a greater sense of health and wellness, increased energy during the day and better sleep at night. You will learn dietary habits, proven exercise routines, stress management techniques, and ways to integrate these changes in your daily life.
Classes will meet weekly starting in March, a morning series and an evening series. The introductory fee is $200, regularly $250. Please note that financial assistance is available.
Stop by Tuesday, 5–7pm, to ask questions and learn more. Brian will describe how his program can be adapted to fit your specific needs.
