Walk With A Doc Culver City continues with its monthly health talk and walk with Dr. Jeffrey Penso at 8:45 a.m. Saturday December 19, Veterans Park near the Tennis Courts. Warm up and stretching with YMCA Fitness Councilor Brandon Webb. This is a FREE monthly community event sponsored by LA County Medical Association. The concept was created by a cardiologist in Ohio who was determined to encourage his patients to get walking and give up their sedentary lifestyles.
