At a Special Meeting to be held on Monday, April 21, 2014, the City Council and the Board of the Successor Agency are requested to consider property transfers related to the development of Parcel B in Downtown Culver City. Also, the City Council and Successor Agency are requested to consider property transfers related to the downtown parking structures.
If approved, these property transfers will facilitate the development of Parcel B into a place-making, retail/office complex as conceptually approved by the City Council in January 2012 after much public input.
