Tired of Marley’s clanking chains? Done with the elves in Santaland? The Actor’s Gang has a whole new idea about holiday shows – presented by Tim Robbins, artistic director and Simon Hanna, managing director, “The Queen Family’s Very Special Holiday Special was developed in workshop by The Actors’ Gang. Will Thomas McFadden directs the show which opens 8 p.m. December 6, 2013.
The annual Queen family telethon has always been the toast of the holiday season—full of magicians, aerialists, tap dancers, and more. This year, in a celebration of diversity and in accordance with a court ordered mandate, the Queens have invited everyone from Atheists to Amish to join in the Holiday fun. So throw on an ugly holiday sweater, grab a hot toddy and come down to “The Actors’ Gang for the Queen Family’s Special Holiday Special.”
“The Queen Family’s Very Special Holiday Special” opens 8 p.m. Friday, December 6 and performs 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 8 and 10 p.m. Saturday.
