You don’t have to fly to Germany to celebrate an authentic OktoberFest this month. Downtown Culver City is hoisting brews and more on its Third Wednesday OktoberFest celebration on October 17 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The trendy urbane neighborhood will be toasting the event with hops, drafts, lagers, stouts and suds supplied by local bars and restaurants. You’ll also get to enjoy free samples of frothy beer, sizzling sausages and pretzels and score some fun discounts and special offers from local merchants, boutiques and galleries.
Stop and marvel at the eclectic sounds of Marston, Lord of the Cello performing on his unique six-string electric cello. You can even drink responsibly riding the rails to the new Expo Line Culver City Station.
