Green Space – Public Parks Need YOUR Input – Sept. 27

What would YOU like to see happening here?

We have great parks in Culver City. We have some great choices to make, and they cannot be made without your input. Save the date – Culver City Green Space Plan Public Workshop will be at the Garden Room (very appropos) at the Veterans Memorial Building, 4117 Overland Avenue, Culver City, CA 90230. The Veterans Memorial Building is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Overland Avenue and Culver Boulevard Thursday, Sept. 27 7 pm to 8:30 pm. We have grant money that requires we get a certain amount of people involved before we spend it, so tell them what you want to see going on at the parks.

WHY: The Workshops are open to all who use Culver City parks, paths, and open spaces. Participants will review proposed conceptual designs for five Culver City Parks. The Plan is focusing on people-friendly and eco-friendly improvements.

More Info: The Culver City Green Space Plan aims to re-imagine Culver City’s Parks and Open Spaces in ways that broaden their appeal to the local community through passive recreation or wellness activities. You can learn more about the Plan at:
