Issues and Eggs, a breakfast meeting of the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, will feature the four developers that submitted proposals for Parcel B in downtown Culver City on Oct. 6
Over 30 years ago the vacant lot was a mix of hotel, bars, a stationary store, a service station and restaurants. Now the City Council and Redevelopment Agency will select a developer to turn the site into a vibrant block to add to downtown as a destination. Cardiff Properites, the Tolkin Group, Runyon Partners and Combined Properties are scheduled to give 10 minute presentations on their proposals to develop this final piece in downtown.
The presentation will take place at the Four Points by Sheraton located at 5990 Green Valley Circle, located across the street from Westfield Culver City. Registration opens at 7:30 AM with a buffet breakfast with the program beginning at 8:00 AM. Registration in advance can be done by going on-line at www.culvercitychamber.com or calling 310-287-3850. The Issues and Eggs event is $25.00 per person when reserving and paying in advance or $30 at the door. The public is invited to attend.
