The Draft Hayden Tract Specific Plan is now available for public review, and will be open for comment for 30 days, until September 27, 2026. The plan will help guide the future of the Hayden Tract, building on the policies established in the City’s General Plan 2045 and creating a framework for new housing, businesses, creative uses, public spaces, and transportation improvements.
Community members are invited to review the draft plan and associated development standards and submit comments.
