Culver City Symphony “Winter Dreams” @ Robert Frost

The Culver City Symphony will be offering their next concert on Jan. 26, 2025 at 7 pm at the Robert Frost Auditorium. Music Director Clyde Mitchell offers to a Winter Wonderland with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 1, “Winter Dreams.” February is Black History Month and we open the program with William Grant Still’s “Fanfare for American Heroes.” We will also hear a “Novellette” by English composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor and an English “Sleigh Ride” by Frederick Delius. Johann Strauss II’s “Tales from the Vienna Woods” rounds out a program rich with wintertime stories.
