UPDATED at 5:10 pm – Local elections are showing Albert Vera, Jr. with 8246 votes, Yasmine-Imani McMorrin with 6,897 votes, both incumbents easily leading the pack.
The third council seat is looking more secure for Bryan “Bubba” Fish with 6,396 votes, closely followed by Jeannine Wisnosky-Stehlin with 6,311 votes.
The initial tally had Fish and Wisnosky-Stehlin separated by less than 30 votes, and updates could still see them changing places. But the afternoon update has Fish almost 100 votes ahead, opening up a confident lead; there are still ballots being counted.
Fourth place is still Denice Renteria, followed by Nancy Barba and Adrian Gross.
In the School Board Race, Andrew Lachman is leading with 8,535 votes, Lindsay Carlson has 8,049 votes, and Sameen Ahmadnia has 6,351 votes.
Measure O is at more than 80% yes.
Culver City Crossroads will update as more ballots are counted.
