At the CCUSD Board meeting on Oct. 22, 2024, the Board unanimously approved the 2025 goals and focus areas that will serve as direction for the District and the Superintendent’s 2025 performance evaluation.
The goals are:
Goal 1: Student Achievement – To ensure all students, with a focus on historically marginalized populations, graduate college, are career ready, and prepared to pursue their dreams.
Goal 2: Culture of Care – Establish and promote districtwide systems of support for responsive and diverse discipline practices for student to know they are valued, respected and encouraged; and allows each to actively engage in their education, attend school regularly, and foster a love of learning.
Goal 3: Healthy and Contemporary Learning Environments – Implement facilities upgrades and enhancements along with environmentally friendly, contemporary teaching and learning environments.
Goal 4: Shared Ownership – Continuously foster a culture of respect for our staff, students, families and community partners.
