Culver City Democrats United (CCDU) proudly endorses Councilmember Albert Vera, Jeannine Wisnosky Stehlin, and Denice Renteria for Culver City Council. The endorsement vote, conducted by club members, was tallied and finalized on July 14, 2024.
CCDU was founded in 2023 by local registered Democratic Party members with the mission to ensure Culver City remains a community guided by Democratic principles. The organization strives to create a diverse, safe, and welcoming city with equal opportunities for all.

To earn the endorsement, all six Culver City Council candidates participated in a live candidate forum, following the submission of written questionnaires regarding their campaigns, qualifications, and policy goals. The forum took place at the Kirk Douglas Theatre rehearsal room, moderated by journalist Tamara Duricka Johnson, and attended by a packed audience.
Following the forum, CCDU conducted an endorsement vote among its members using a secret electronic ballot. To receive an endorsement, a candidate needed to secure a minimum of 60% of the vote.
