Please join your neighbors on June 20th, 4:30pm-6:30pm to identify strengths, barriers, and opportunities for walking, biking, and accessing public transportation in the 1/2-mile radius area around the LAX/Aviation Station Area on the C Line. The meeting will include an overview of the existing conditions in the project area that have been identified by the technical team via a Walk Audit of the project area. Following the overview, participants will engage in a hands-on Charrette where they will work in groups to expand the identification of the existing conditions on key streets that limit access, create barriers, and develop ideas for enhancing mobility and comfort for pedestrians, cyclists, and transit riders.

Validated parking is available, however, please make an effort to walk, bike, or take transit to the event. The LAX Aviation Metro Station is a 10-12 minute walk to the Douglas Street & Atwood Way entrance via Aviation Boulevard and Imperial Highway.
