The Culver City Democratic City Council endorsement vote has concluded with a decisive result on the first ballot.
After the debate on June 2, 2024, the club members were asked to vote on endorsements; candidates were required to receive more than 60% to qualify.
Bryan “Bubba” Fish was chosen by 87% of the voters, Mayor Yasmine-Imani McMorrin by 81%, and Nancy Barba by 74%. Jeannine Wisnosky Stehlin was the choice of 13% of voters. Candidates who did not participate also received votes – Albert Vera, Jr. got 12%, and Denice Renteria brought in 8%.
One percent of CC Democratic club voters selected “no endorsement.”
