A call to the Culver City Police on August 5, 2023 ended with the arrest of a minor, and the discovery of a fatality.
Officers were sent to a residence in the 5000 block of Showboat Place at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday regarding a call about a family disturbance, according to a press release from the CCPD.
Police detained the juvenile suspect at the scene and eventually found the victim at the location and administered CPR while waiting for medical help. Paramedics with the Culver City Fire Department pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The minor was taken into custody without incident.
