Field Trip on Transit – “How to Use Your GoPass Class”

On Wednesday, May 18, 2022, 20 first grade students from Linwood Howe rode Culver CityBus Line 7 for a Field Trip on Transit! Field trips on transit exposes students to public transportation using buses in regular service, and allows students access to some exciting destinations. In addition to providing for the students’ field trip transportation needs, the program is designed to educate CCUSD youth on the use of their TAP card (GoPass), ease of taking public transit, and how to practice safe behavior around transit.

The CCUSD GoPass is more than a way to get to and from school sustainably. It is the way to go on Field Trips and to exploring during summer as well! Use your GoPass to take our Line 1 WB to Venice Beach for day fun in the sun, or Line 1 EB to the Culver City Station to explore DTLA. Using the GoPass, ALL CCUSD students ride transit free!
