Sandy Segal Youth Health Center is Available for Services

The Sandy Segal Youth Health Center, located on the campus of Culver City High School and Culver City Middle School, is continuing to offer quality, affordable critical care even though the building is currently closed due to the pandemic. Venice Family Clinic manages the services at the Health Center and has been holding patient visits by telemedicine or in person at another one of their facilities. During these difficult, stressful times students may feel isolated and alone. It is important for them to be able to reach out when they need help.

Culver City students 12 to 18 years of age can obtain physical and mental health services, including but not limited to, routine physical exams, vision and hearing tests, immunizations, care management for chronic diseases, screening and management of depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Support groups led by social workers address a variety of topics related to stress, violence, suicide, substance abuse and bullying.

Contact information for appointments is 310-664-7788 for physical health concerns, and 310-664-7437 for mental health services.

The Sandy Segal Youth Health Center has been offering health care to Culver City teens for 30 years. It is a non-profit facility supported by grants and donations. The Friends of the Sandy Segal Youth Health Center is the fundraising arm of the Center and hosts several events throughout the year to raise money to continue providing the necessary services.
