The once controversial plan for The Entrada is now becoming reality, with the structure in process. The eleven story building will sit on a roughly 3.7-acre site at 6163 Centinela Avenue. According to UrbanizeLA, LPC West, the West Coast arm of Lincoln Property Company, has teamed with Broad Street Principal Investments to develop the $225-million project.
The 150 foot tall edifice featuring 280,000 square feet of offices above ground-floor retail space and a 1,000-car garage Setbacks on the structure’s upper floors will be used to create a series of terrace decks for tenants.
Completion of the project is anticipated in 2021.
