For many years, the Culver City Democratic Club has held a picnic in the park on the 4th of July where candidates for local office would come to introduce themselves. This year, for the first time ever, the event will move to Zoom! Join the call at 11 am on July 4, 2020, and bring your own barbeque. Five of the six Club members who are running for the three open seats on the Culver City Council will be participating. Each will have a half an an hour of ‘air’ time to discuss their campaign and their platform.
Dr. Kihn Kihn Gyi will speak at 11 am, Yasmine McMorrin at 11:30, Darrel Menthe at noon, Freddy Puza at 12:30 and Albert Vera 1 pm.
If you have questions for the candidates, please put them in the zoom chat preceded by the word “Question”. We will get to as many of them as we can in the short time we have.
