On May 19, 2020, per direction from City Council, the City Manager issued the 12th Supplement to Public Order which:

Extends the Residential Tenant and Commercial Tenant Eviction Moratoria until August 31, 2020 or the end of the Local Emergency, whichever occurs earlier.
Excludes from the Commercia Tenant Eviction Moratorium multi-national companies, publicly traded companies, or companies that employ 200 or more employees.
Reduces the grace period for the repayment of Back Rent from 12 months to 6 months for commercial tenants that have 10 or more, but less than 200, employees.

Following the guidance of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (Public Health), the City Manager issued a 13th Supplement to Public Order that allows the following types of businesses to reopen:

pet grooming and training (including mobile)
car washes that require personnel
Customers must remain outside the facilities and may conduct business via curbside or walk-up drop-off and pick-up.

Additionally, other lower-risk retail businesses are allowed to operate in Culver City per curbside, pick-up or delivery only.

Businesses must follow required infection protocol procedures and guidelines per City and County requirements.
