Mend will be hosting Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing dates throughout April 2020. Testing at Fox Hills Mall is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2020. Spaces are limited to 200 tests per day. If you are unable to register, please provide your e-mail address on the sign-up page below to be provided opportunities to register for future dates. Mend will be offering multiple testing dates in April 2020.

Patients must meet current CDC Guidelines and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health criteria to qualify for COVID-19 testing, and must be determined by our clinical providers to be appropriate for testing.
Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“The Coronavirus Act”), it is ordered that all COVID-19 testing is covered by health insurance. In accordance with The Coronavirus Act, the in vitro diagnostic testing performed by Quest Diagnostics (the laboratory) and medical examination related to the furnishing or administration of this test by Mend Health, Inc. (the provider) are considered covered services by Section 6001(a) of the Coronavirus Act and as such, medical claims will be sent to my insurance for these services.

I just drove up and there was no pre-registration needed as of May 3 at the Fox Hills Mall. It was not very busy at the time I went there. It is next-door to the JCPenney at the very east end of the mall parking lot. It’s fairly close to where the Tesla car charging station.
