Glass Fused Pendants @ Culver City Julian Dixon Library

Getting creative and crafty is always a good idea, and the Culver City Julian Dixon Library has got some great ideas on their schedule. Learn about Glass Fused Pendants on Tuesday, January 14 at 6 pm. Glass fusing is achieved by stacking together compatible glass shards in a decorative or abstract design. Full fusion is attained in a kiln when temperatures soar between 700 °C – 820 °C.

Welcome Kristin Ducharme from Fireworks Studio as she walks us through the process. We will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about this technique as we create our own glass-fused pendants.

All materials will be provided. Space is limited, registration is required.
