Old Tradition to Get a Fresh Frosting – December 5th Tree Lighting Goes Sledding

Dress warmly, the forecast is quite cold; Culver City is expecting 25 tons of snow!  The City of Culver City Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department and the Culver City Downtown Business Association are presenting the usual annual tree-lighting ceremony with the unusual new addition of a snow-filled sled station!

Planning your Visit – Pre-Registration and a signed release will be required for every individual planning to enjoy the snow sledding activity and bouncy houses. Please be sure to register online for these free activities!

A bike valet will be provided by Culver City Bicycle Coalition. Public parking is available at City lots on Cardiff and Watseka (1 hour free) along with a limited number of spaces at the new The Culver Steps complex. Please consider taking a CulverCity Bus to the event.
