On Saturday, October 12, join us for a Speaker Series event at the Culver City Arts District Art Walk & Roll Festival. The City will welcome mobility design expert Dan Sturges for a presentation on ‘New Mobility.’ Sturges is at the forefront of developing innovative urban mobility solutions. He will be sharing his ideas on designing a multimobility future. Following the presentation, Culver City will host a special one-time screening of the Dutch documentary film, Why We Cycle. The film explores the hidden effects of cycling on people and communities. It will be presented in Dutch with English subititles. View the film trailer.
The presentation by Dan Sturges will be from 11 AM to 12:30 PM and the screening of Why We Cycle will begin at 1:30 PM. Light refreshments will be served.
