What does it mean to be a survivor? The Encouragement Project will be presenting a workshop at the Culver-Palms Methodist church on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9:30 am to 2 pm. Offered as a place for “crime survivors for safety and justice,” there will be a focus on stopping the cycle of crime and building network support for community well being.
