LBA Realty has completed its makeover of Sony Pictures Studios’ onetime corporate headquarters, which is now branded One Culver. The eight-story building, located on a full block at 10000 Washington Boulevard in Culver City, offers 300,000 square feet of office space on its upper floors and 65,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.
According to UrbanizeLA, the Gensler-designed makeover builds off of the original design by the late architect Maxwell Starkman, opening the hulking mid-rise structure with new pedestrian entrances along Washington Boulevard and converting terrace levels into amenity decks.
Portions of the building have already been leased by WeWork and Equinox Fitness.
