Culver City Opens Housing List – This Friday and Saturday Only Online

section-8-assistanceThe Culver City Housing Authority Section 8 Waiting List will open on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. PST and close on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Applications for the Section 8 waiting list will ONLY be available online. NO PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL BE HAND-GIVEN.

Before beginning the application process, please gather the following information for each member of the household:

Social Security Number(s) for all household members
Total Gross Income and Income Sources of all household members
First and Last Name with Middle Initial of all household members
Birthdate of all household members
Mailing Address and Current Phone Number
Veteran Status
Email address (optional)
Subscribe to email updates and reminders about the waiting list opening.

Please apply online at /www.waitlistcheck.com/CA1260. Duplicate applications and/or fraudulent information may result in disqualification.

Due to limited funding, not all applicants will be placed on the waiting list. We will accept enough applications to develop a 24-month waiting list.

DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER OR SMARTPHONE?
Check local community facilities for internet access (i.e. library, community center, school).

As a courtesy, a limited number of computers will be available at the Julian Dixon Library, 4975 Overland Avenue, Culver City, on November 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and November 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please contact the Julian Dixon Library prior to November 12 to obtain a required Computer User Card. Computer User Cards are free of charge.

To provide reasonable accommodations for seniors and disabled, a limited number of computers will be available for senior and disabled households at the Culver City Senior Center, 4095 Overland Avenue, Culver City, on November 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and November 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To avoid long lines, please make every effort to use a personal computer, smart phone, or tablet. Duplicate applications and/or fraudulent information may result in disqualification.
