The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Meeting concerning Mansionization. The Planning Commission and City Staff will be discussing issues and possible solutions related to development and design regulations in order to address compatibility issues of
large single family homes in the City’s single family (R1) residential zones at City Hall at the Mike Balkman Council Chambers, 9770 Culver Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232 on
Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 7 pm.
The purpose of the Study Session is for the Planning Commission to receive background information and analysis from City Staff and receive input from the public and discuss recommendations related to development and design regulations to address the subject of “mansionization”. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the Study Session
