CCSO returns to Veterans Memorial Auditorium after our successful summer festival as the Marina del Rey Summer Symphony (same usual suspects in both orchestras) in beautiful Burton Chace Park. From The Argonaut in their Best of the Westside 2013 edition, we received 1st Place as Best Concert Series and Best Cultural Event. We bring the Best Of Marina experiences to Culver City, along with Soprano Erin Wood (pictured left.)
Around Veterans Day, we honor through music the Men and Women who honor this nation through their military service. The season opening concert pays tribute to the 200th Anniversary of the births of Verdi and Wagner. We offer a unique concert aria by Beethoven, and a dynamic and brilliant Mozart symphony closes the program.
