The City Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce the opening of the application period for its Commission, Board, and Advisory Committee memberships.
Openings are available in the Planning Commission (1), Parks and Recreation Commission (1), Civil Service Commission (1), Cultural Affairs Commission (1), Disability Advisory Committee (4), Committee on Homelessness (3), and the Landlord-Tenant Mediation Board (1 Tenant, 1 Tenant Alternate and 1 Member at Large.)
Additional information and applications are available during business hours from the City Clerk’s Office located on the first floor of City Hall (9770 Culver Boulevard); may be requested by phoning (310) 253-5851, or can be obtained on the City’s website (www.culvercity.org). Business hours are 7:30 A.M.–5:30 P.M. City Hall is closed on alternate Fridays (City Hall will be closed on May 18, and June 1 and in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 28).
Applications will be accepted by the City Clerk’s Office until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 and are tentatively scheduled to be considered by the City Council on Monday, June 11, 2012. So get busy.
