Join with Nancy Goldberg, candidate for Culver City School Board, to see Culver City’s Angel City Derby Girls undefeated Rocket Queens vs. Visalia’s V-Town Derby Dames on Saturday, September 17th in Veterans Auditorium, 4117 Overland Avenue. Doors open at 7 p.m. with the game starting at 8 p.m.
Nancy’s campaign will receive 15% of the proceeds from tickets purchased online at vor.us/50e and those purchased at the box office by buyers stating they are with the Nancy Goldberg campaign. Tickets are $14, $10 for children under 10, and $25 for VIP seating (first 5 rows). This is a unique way to support the candidate and be part of an exciting event.
Goldie, as her students call her, is a recently retired award winning Culver City High School teacher. Nancy states, “As a School Board member I will be able to continue to contribute to the education of the children of the district.” She continues, “I hope everyone will come to see the girls in action. There really is nothing that compares to the fun and excitement of a derby match.”
