Our 2025-26 season opens with Summon the Heroes, Salute the Heroes, an uplifting Veterans Day tribute honoring courage and unity. Clyde Mitchell leads the Culver City Symphony Orchestra and SoCal Chorale in works by American composers including John Williams, Aaron Copland, William Grant Still, Charles Ives, and Duke Ellington. In keeping with the theme, we also feature great choral works by Mozart and Verdi.
Our concert is offered as a welcome respite from the daily news cycle with a fun and varied program that shares our love of great symphonic and vocal music, our love for our country, and our gratitude and respect for our veterans who served and fought for liberty and justice for all.
