Kiosks Go Live at Four Locations – Interactive Digital is On

After years of discussion and many city council votes, several interactive digital kiosks are now live on Culver City sidewalks.

The program, in partnership with Ike Smart City, will include the installation of 15 kiosks throughout the community that will provide information on meetings, events, transportation services, local business directories, tourism way finding, emergency services and feature commercial advertising among other things.

Other California cities with kiosk programs, such as San Francisco and Berkeley, have been using the devices to offer information for both residents and tourists for the past several years.

As of Sept. 1, 2026 four of the kiosks are live at

  • Culver Boulevard and Lafayette Place
  • Washington Boulevard and Comey Avenue
  • Washington Boulevard & S Robertson Boulevard
  • Culver Blvd / Cardiff Ave

More kiosks are in the permitting/pre-construction/construction stage, and four of those are on track to go live this month.  How (and if) the pubic will interact with these digital stations will be important for the city in shaping the program.
