Synchromy will present UNISON: An LA Fires Recovery Concert, an evening of connection and reflection on the Eaton and Palisades fires, on March 1, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. at The Wende Museum.
The event will feature four world premiere performances of new commissions by composers who lost their homes in the fires.
UNISON presents new commissions by composers Jeffrey Bernstein, Bobak Loftipour, Joan Huang, and Savannah Jo Lack. These new works will be performed by The Lyris Quartet, Aron Kallay, and Bobak Loftipour. Admission is free, with multiple donation levels available.
The program will feature 91001 by Jeffrey Bernstein, Acorns by Bobak Lotfipour, Phoenix Nirvana by Joan Huang, and Fire in Four Fractures by Savannah Jo Lack
All proceeds from this event will go to the LA Fire Relief Fund at MusiCares, an organization that provides emergency support for musicians and music industry workers across the country.
