The next meeting of the Culver City Council will happen on January 12, 2026, and will include a public hearing on 10200 Jefferson Blvd.
The auto repair facility at 10200 Jefferson Blvd. has been granted an exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) a new vehicle services facility.
The existing 42,333 sq. ft. industrial building, including 67 parking spaces and associated façade improvements, is currently designated as Mixed Use Corridor 2 under the General Plan.
The council will hear public comment on the appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to approve a conditional use permit for the site, and consider the CEQA exemption.
Other items for the genda have yet to be finalized.
