I am incredibly honored and deeply humbled to accept the position of City Manager for this remarkable City. Thank you for the faith and trust you have placed in me to take on this vital responsibility.
I want to begin by recognizing the outstanding leadership of my predecessor John Nachbar and the dedicated work of our entire City staff. Their professionalism and commitment are the reason this organization is so successful and widely regarded as a model for others. I approach this role with great respect for the culture of excellence that already exists, and my goal is to build upon that strong foundation.
As we look ahead, our progress will depend on collaboration. The success of our City is a shared responsibility that includes the City Council, our talented employees, residents, businesses, and community partners. By focusing on strong fundamentals such as teamwork, equity, and thoughtful collaboration, we can continue delivering high-quality services and advancing the community’s long-term goals.
My leadership philosophy is grounded in transparency, accountability, and a deep commitment to public service. I am committed to leading with an open mind, listening carefully, and ensuring that City government remains responsive, accessible, and customer-focused for everyone we serve.
