You are Needed! Neighborhood Reps for Colorful Communities

Let’s celebrate the creativity that makes each corner of Culver City unique! The City of Culver City’s Cultural Affairs Division seeks five neighborhood representatives to serve as jurors on the Artist Selection Committee for the 2025-2026 Culver City: Colorful Communities (CC:CC) poster program. Representatives will assist in reviewing and scoring the eligible applications.

The finalists will create new and original two-dimensional artworks that will be translated into collectible posters, showcasing the following five Culver City neighborhoods: Blair Hills, Culver/West, Fox Hills,Lucerne/Higuera, and Sunkist Park.

Future cycles of the program will feature other neighborhoods.

Here’s your opportunity to help shape how your neighborhood’s story is told through art, highlighting its history, culture, and community spirit!

Culver City: Colorful Communities (CC:CC) program is a pilot series celebrating the City’s diverse neighborhoods through the unique perspective of local visual artists. The program emphasizes the unique, handmade quality of art, showcasing each artist’s vision and highlighting the distinct characters of a specific neighborhood.
