Based on direction in the General Plan 2045, the City is creating a Specific Plan for Fox Hills to guide its transition from an existing suburban office park with surface parking and commercial space into a walkable, mixed use neighborhood with transit access.
The City is hosting the project’s second open house, where you can learn about and provide input on the draft vision for the plan, mobility and open space concepts, community amenities, and development regulations. If you can’t attend in person, materials will be posted online, and you can ask questions or leave comments on the project’s virtual open house platform.
