2025 Abilities Carnival and Resource Fair

Join the Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department, Disability Advisory Committee (DAC) and the Culver City Exchange Club in celebrating Disability Awareness Month at our 22nd Annual Abilities Carnival & Resource Fair!

The event is set for Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Culver City Senior Center, 4095 Overland Ave Culver City, CA 90232. This FREE event is open to youth, teens, and adults of all ages and abilities. 

The event will feature live entertainment, sensory activities, games & prizes, community Resource Information, balloon animals, photo booth, lunch & snacks. Costumes are encouraged!

We’ll have live performances from Jazz Hands for Autism (12-1:30 PM) and Straight Up Abilities All-Star Dance Team (1:30-3 PM) at the event so bring your dancing shoes!

Tabling vendor organizations include: Helping Hands Senior Foundation, Exceptional Children’s Foundation, Options for Life, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, Mom’s Meals, Green Dot Public Schools, Disability Community Resource Center, Bridge OT and Disability Rights California and DAC Vice Chair Lo with an ‘Ask Me About the ADA’ table.
