Based on direction in the General Plan 2045, the City is creating a Specific Plan for the Hayden Tract to guide its transition into a vibrant, mixed-use, transit-oriented neighborhood, while keeping the creative office feel that has led to the tract’s success.
The City is hosting the project’s second open house, where you can learn about and provide input on the draft vision for the plan, alternatives for building heights, and mobility and open space concepts. If you can’t attend in person, materials will be posted online, and you can ask questions or leave comments on the project’s virtual open house platform.
