Noel Coward’s “Hay Fever” is one of his funniest and often-produced plays. It follows a dysfunctional family of artists who can navigate the stage, the canvas and the written word fairly comfortably, but are hopeless at the business of real life. When all four have secretly invited guests for a long weekend at a summer house in the country, multiple romantic entanglements ensue.
There are eight performances, all on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30 pm, from July 12 to August 3.
All shows are free-of-charge, no reservations necessary. Bring a blanket or low chairs. Open seating.
The family show ” Wind in the Willows” plays at noon, and “Hay Fever” plays at 2:30 pm
