With the fireworks show at West LA College cancelled, the Downtown Independence Celebration will be the official Independence Celebration for Culver City. There will be live music on Town Plaza starting at 6 pm by Brenda Carsey and her Band, followed by a short patriotic program at approximately 8 pm and an aerial drone show over the Culver Studios when it is dark.
The aerial drone light show will be visible from points all over downtown Culver City. The light show will celebrate America’s birthday and also Culver City’s 100-year history of moviemaking and television.
Downtown parking lots will be open until 2:00 a.m. Come early to get your spot: free flags and glow sticks while supplies last!
